Senior Website Designer (Xd/Figma)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Designer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and user-centric designs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Lead the web design process from concept to completion, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, client, designers, and marketing to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies to organize page flow.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience leading and mentoring design teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce and portfolio designs.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
Work Schedule
