Mr. Freeze

I've been unintentionally working on a series of BTAS villains. I try to add a few details of my own to each one. This one I tried to make his face seem a little more ice-like. There are some randomly angled facets to his features and some lighting choices that I hope give a translucent feel despite being quite flat in color.
