Smarch Logotype Exploration
Smarch is a software development agency with a mission to curb the effects of climate change by planting trees.
The brand name comes from СМЪРЧ (Smarch in Bulgarian) - the coniferous evergreen tree Spruce.
Our task was to create a minimalistic logotype that incorporates a tree symbol. After a ton of explorations, these are two of the concepts we presented to them - both fully custom types using the negative space and bringing different feel.
