Sushi Today Logo Design Concept 3

Third logo concept for an all you can eat sushi & grill restaurant called Sushi Today in the Netherlands.

We were inspired by symbolism of the day change (sun / moon rising) to represent the 'today' aspect. We also incorporated a form of fish (to not only represent the sushi part, but grill as well).
