A little while ago, I collaborated with a San Francisco enterprise team to co-design digital B2B solutions.

Here is a quick preview of UX flows based on user insights for a digital handbook system we designed to perform usability testing with real employees and test our initial design assumptions.

The digital handbook system was specifically designed to close the gap between general, high-level overviews and specific, detailed, and actionable guidelines that are aligned with the needs of diverse internal teams.
