Immo Capital - Website Exploration #2

Hi folks!

We've had the pleasure of partnering with ImmoCapital to help them launch a refreshed brand, website design, and a heavily modified CMS environment in WordPress.

ImmoCapital is a next-generation asset manager & operating partner to institutional real estate investors. IMMO Capital uses AI to source & underwrite single unit/family homes into large portfolios of stabilized rental income with capital appreciation and active management.

The company is based out of London but operates both in Hamburg and Delhi. Immo Capital has raised €72 million so far, to expand the company’s residential platform and general growth.

Just showcasing design language explorations that we explored for Immo Capital's new website. The idea was to integrate the newly defined color palette in a more impactful, immersive way, to elevate the brand presence and establish Immo as a tech-forward brand. In the end, we went for a cleaner approach, but never the less, we really liked this version as well.

Thanks to the great team at IMMO for their help on the project, as well as BB's fine talent including Vicente for visual identity, Wes for web design, Marino for frontend development, and CMS integration, and myself for the creative direction.
