New homepage of Nepalis Who Design

So I have been working on a brand new version of Nepalis Who Design and so far, I have completed the overall designs in Figma. I tried coding this up in React couple of weeks ago, but I was disappointed with the results so thought it is a good idea to go back and finish the designs first.

So here is the first glimpse of it -- including the homepage and the user profile page.
