Menu Tests

More tinkering with BitKit. This time, menu tests which rely on the aforedribbbled mask tests. Got horizontal pagination and vertical scrolling feeling pretty good.

The vertical scrolling is actually disguised pagination so you can build up muscle memory for item location in what will be fixed lists (if anything ever comes of this). You can hold for more info on items in either list too.
