Work Ethic Icon - challenge

This was a creative challenge to portray the work ethics. Personally this is what I imagine when I think of work ethics. It is to 'Care' about the company and the people you work with, to 'Communicate' in your environment to clear up things constantly and 'Commit' to the role or project you working on. The hands are balanced by the weight of the words and the colours of the hands are to express diversity.
