I gathered words to do with work ethic: hard work, strength, values, determination, reliable, punctual, productivity, responsibility

Spinning the thoughts further from showing a muscle, I googled power and came across boxing.
In boxing you have have to be determined, it requires strength and hard work and you are responsible to show up for the training. The strokes are to make it more dramatic but could also highlight a clock, i.e. working time. The added circles are meant to be highlighting the movement effect. I looked up the word POW and built on this effect.
