World Menopause Month Newsletter

To show support for women worldwide and recognize the challenges of menopausal symptoms and related conditions, the World Health Organisation and the International Menopause Society have designated October as ‘World Menopause Awareness Month’.

The purpose of observing the month is to raise awareness on menopause and support options for improving health and wellbeing.
