Resting Motion | IBM Illustrations

As IBM continues to evolve and place more defining parameters around their illustration guidelines, there's also been explorations on how these illustrations work with motion. In the above Flat illustration IBM is exploring adding "resting motion" to usually static illustrations. Motion like this is being considered to drive character movements in all the portraits styles inside IBM's design language.
