Let's Get Physical!
A combination of work stress, lack of exercise, eating crappy, and a sprinkling of depression, I gained quite a bit of weight in a year. When my "fat" pants started to fit I knew I needed to make changes. For the past three months, I've been jogging every other day and I started to enjoy it! It was difficult at first but I've learned to compete with myself by trying to beat my previous time and distance record. I have some ways to go but I feel better about myself and am making healthier choices.
