Polkadot Data Sharing Rewards

One of the biggest promises of web3 is that users will have total control over their data.

In this concept, users of a web3 browser have control over what data is shared and, more importantly, what rewards they want to receive in exchange for sharing their data.

This forces advertisers to be more decisive over who's data they find valuable (and will be willing to pay for) for a specific purpose or campaign, while allowing users to decide what segments of their data is of higher value than others.
