This design is about managing customer reviews. The business owner (User) can see all reviews, and average ratings and give any customer instant feedback using this dashboard. For direct communication with customers, I use here direct message option that can allow business owners directly connect with customers. This can help business managers direct ask privately what reason (If customers give any negative reviews). It is all about gaining better communication between the business owner and the customer.
