Central Falls Warriors Badge

I’ve always loved sport, and though I never participated in high school athletics back in the day, I rooted hard for our Central Falls Warriors and Lady Warriors. My cheerleading sisters likely played a role in that! We were a relatively small school, but CF always brought the fight—often as an underdog—winning division championships along the way.

The school's athletic department recently rebranded with new logo and graphics, shedding the native American imagery long associated with the city for a mark incorporating flames. Although it’s fashioned after a pro sports team, I like the idea of what it represents…the fighting competitive spirit.

I thought it’d be fun to create a badge that could incorporate each sport and any championships accumulated to date.
