Standing on this simple idea may turn your life upside down. Still, in our case – we had a challenging but inspiring collaboration with a company that wished to maintain confidentiality but stood the same point.
The company we will call "Re:Plan" was striving to get the ultimate platform to make reselling non-refundable hotel reservations as easy as ABC.
You know, the booking industry is quite complicated, so we had to do proper planning to make our colossus stand the integration with a vast of payment systems, global booking services, and maps, keeping in mind the highest priority of data security.
While our backend challenged the data decryption and creation of a neural network to automate the data transferring process, the front-end team was passionate about creating an outstanding UX that both the admin-side and client-side users couldn't ignore. But how?
Using a design approach that is hardly focused on usability and accessibility, and technical preference allows us to create an experience that combines flexibility, efficiency, and values simplicity within reach of each checkpoint.
So, above you can see the analytics dashboard, where the Re:Plan is gaining access to visitor behavior analytics, customer segmentation, and accounting data.
Keeping in mind that 92.1% of internet users access the internet using a mobile phone, we have developed a simple yet modern mobile-first website putting most of our approach into creating an intuitive UI.
We wanted to convey the feeling that "I know this place like the back of my hand." Finally, this is how it turned out to live!
