Trust the Process
I'm a firm believer in not gatekeeping anything to do with design. With immense pride I give you Smith & Diction's process. There's no secret sauce or magic question. But there is a process. So here it is for you.
I've had some form of this document since the day S&D was founded I'm so happy that I finally gave it the attention it deserved 7 years later. If this can help my clients understand exactly what they are getting into that's great. If this helps fellow designers understand their own process that's even better. A rising tide lifts all boats.
