The client

At Exec.com, we help companies retain talent, develop leaders, and spur internal mobility. We provide a platform that helps HR and L&D leaders to design effective talent development programs and enables them to book services from our network of coaches, experts, and trainers.

The challenge

The objective of the project was to establish a distinct brand identity while maintaining a connection with the current community and providing a seamless user experience on the website.

The solution

I carried out a comprehensive user research process to uncover deficiencies in marketing and services, using the insights gained to identify opportunities and generate ideas for the redesign of the website. I aimed to express the company's character through visual design and illustration elements, resulting in a clean, minimalistic, and elegant aesthetic.
