in this case study I'm going to present Medoc?? a telemedicine product that we have built.
Problem Statement
Many users in poor countries lack access to quality healthcare. Traditional healthcare systems are often inaccessible or too expensive for users in these countries, and there is a need for a more affordable and accessible healthcare solution.

Making healthcare services more accessible underprivileged users.

Our Process
Quantitative Research
We conducted an online survey with about 30 users who fall under our target audience demographic.
User Needs
Users need to have access to accessible and affordable medical services on demand.
Users need to access the medical services without the fear of being exposed to COVID-19 virus.
Users need to have regular follow-ups with their doctor after the visit is done.
