dock-like sub nav

I wanted to give a shot at the idea of a dock-like sub-nav for GitHub's features. It looks pretty neat and conveys nicely the idea of ecosystem. But it is definitely more trendy than practical or timeless, so this will live only here, where all weird UI pattern ideas go to live and die: dribbble.
