Customer Management Tool

Working on an exciting customer management tool for one of our clients to help them better service their customers. Some of the important things to keep in mind when designing this kind of interface is ensuring the information is easily scannable and the most important content is in priority sequence. It's very easy to overwhelm a user with too much information so it's important to sit down with the client and really flesh out the important metrics and information that matter.

Another really important part of the experience was to allow the user to preview further details about their customer without having to make a second click. This will help save them time and is quick and handy when they are planning on engaging with them.
