Some time ago, my friend Stanislav Galik (Chairman of the Board) wanted to make buying cars for Driverama customers super easy, but the complexity of the purchase flow was getting in his way. ?? He was on the brink of losing confused customers due to a difficult online funnel. Stanislav knew people deserved an easier way to order a car, as easy as ordering a pizza. ????
I could relate, having spent years helping people with similar issues. It was time to take action, so I suggested we analyze the problems (10K weekly users data via Hotjar and Analytics), validate why these problems occurred (10 usability tests) and then redesign the funnel in its simplest form. ??
We worked hard together, simplifying the flow from 8 steps to 3, while user tests gave us confirmed increased clarity and usability results that he could be proud of. ?????
