Portalhex logo design (AR app)

I'm thrilled to share with you a logo from the archives that I had the honor of creating for PortalHex—an incredible AR app that takes you into new dimensions.

The Concept

The logo captures the essence of augmented reality and gateways to digital worlds. The design combines a hexagon with inner triangles, resembling a portal to symbolize the transformative nature of the app.

Why Hexagons?

Hexagons represent unity and structure. They're nature's go-to shape for anything that needs to be simultaneously robust yet streamlined—think honeycombs. In the world of AR, stability and a seamless user experience are key. Hence, the hexagon.

Color Palette

I used a dynamic color scheme to convey innovation and excitement, as well as to make the app stand out in the crowded AR marketplace.
