You can be forgiven for thinking it’s roots lie in the occult in the work, another recurring theme of Red has aided this speculation.

The 7 pointed graphic device is an acknowledgement and deviation of this. Initially just the usage of 7 graphical elements in a circle were present, before refining into the Heptagram.

The struggle of indecision. Often the self’s path being solitary. With several other paths offering equal and conflicting promises.?

Of social. Of love. Of success. Of growth. Of death. Of connection. Of annihilation.?

This plague of being on a path that is questioned reverbs everywhere. Especially in pursuit of art. A true connection, beyond viewer and maker.
