Molding the brand’s personality

In branding, it is necessary to establish the brand’s essence through research and analysis with the company before the design can even begin. In this process, brand attributes serve as building blocks of a brand’s identity, by defining what makes the brand stand out, and what users should perceive in every interaction with it. To reflect these distinctive traits, our Branding Team worked hand-in-hand with Bolzillo, so that every aspect of its personality is directly portrayed in the branding.

As we delved deeper into understanding the brand and its target audience, we discovered that Bolzillo is more than just an app; it's a choice for those seeking alternatives to traditional banking. As such, its personality should be fresh and distinct from banks', yet still inspire trust in an industry as sensitive as fintech. To capture these qualities, we chose a minimalistic approach, which not only enhances the user experience but also reflects the ethical core of the brand: less complexity, more transparency.

Next, we ensured that Bolzillo's alternative and cheerful spirit was celebrated in every brand asset, with playful and friendly character design alongside a casual typeface, brought to life with a vibrant and engaging color palette. In every interaction, from the app's interface to its marketing materials, Bolzillo tells a story that fully resonates with those who embrace the future of finance with open arms.
