Spatial Binary Stepper I

Have you ever thought that a toggle is a special case of a stepper?

While a stepper can theoretically operate in a range of all available numbers, a toggle's range is limited by 0 and 1.

You can even consider a stepper as a set of toggles (which any binary number is). You could use it to cycle through all possible options in the set.
