Always excited when I get the opportunity to work with the amazing 2D animation team. I got to convert their animated drawing into to 3D, rig some procedural dynamics, composite and create VFX to bring the magic all together.

Process of creation

Out teams storyboard artist/art director mocks up an initial frame to drive story telling. The 2D animators create the motion of characters to then pass to me to comp and add effects.

3D Animation

I mainly like to create rigs to animate using procedural dynamics. To get organic motion and not have to spend a lot of time on manually animating.
