Locality Bank’s website has been active for two years now. Since its launch, Locality has grown rapidly, reaching $161mm in Q3 of this year. As the company scales, the Locality team sought to further deliver on its brand promises by offering industry insights and resources to its expanding client base and showcasing its featured clients’ businesses on the homepage.
They also wanted to add more page depth and information about their banking and loan services so that site visitors (and search engines) can find what they seek more easily before contacting the Locality Bank team.?
The website was updated to address the following opportunity areas:
An all-new ‘Resources’ hub containing helpful articles, guides, calculators, business templates, podcasts/videos, and other media for their customers and prospects
An expansion of their solution pages, adding a second tier of information to help visitors learn more about their services and to further enhance the site’s SEO
A refresh of the homepage content and design?
Updating the page content to focus on and showcase real customers, displaying their brand values and commitment to the local community
Refreshing the visuals to convey that there are new site enhancements for returning visitors to explore
Expanding their employee roster on the About page; moving to two dedicated pages for their Banking and Ops teams linked from the About page.
