AI in Hiring - 2024 Survey Report

Workable surveyed 3,211 professionals in late 2023 to gather insights on whether they’ve hired recently and whether they’ve used AI in the hiring process and asked them about their experiences with AI in hiring. From all this, fresh data insights were collected in a new survey report.

I've used Spline to create the 3D visuals that accompany the data as well as the campaign that includes a landing page, the ebook that includes the full survey report and the email and social media campaign.

The color palette was created based on the palette used for AI, which includes tones or purples yellows and oranges

Before working on any composition I've create a collection of 3D shapes and worked on their textures. I've chosen my elements to be shiny, transparent and metallic to match the AI magic!

We supported the survey campaign with promotional emails to all of the Workable users as well as an asset delivery email for users to download the full report ebook

The ebook is 57 pages long and includes an in-depth survey with graphs and stats around hiring and AI

To further promote the survey, I've created social media visuals that we've shared on Workable's channels, banners that were displayed on Workable's website and blog visuals for a blog article about the survey
