Overview
The content team from Workable surveyed 500 UK-based and 750 US-based workers in 2021 to gather insights on what matters to workers in a job.
They asked them again in 2023 so to better understand the changing preferences, aspirations, and values of employees over the last two years.?

Inspiration
Workable has always been interested in gathering data and sharing it with its' users regarding different subjects regarding employees, candidates and employers. This project was the start of a new way to present them. The design of this new page would be the template for all of the following surveys after that. We started by brainstorming and gathering inspiration from other designs we really liked to discuss them and see what works in our case or not.
Ebook and supporting visuals
All of our users had the opportunity to request the full survey ebook. By submitting their interest on the website they received an email in their inbox to download the full ebook on their device. It was really creative and fun designing the whole campaign: website, emails, ebook, social media and ad banners
