Overneed is a Greek online store with a wide range of goods for an active lifestyle: accessories and spare parts for bicycles, motorcycles, and cars; tourist equipment; various home stuff, and so forth.

Task

The main pain points the client complained about were an insufficient conversion rate and an unbalanced website design (especially on mobiles). At the same time, Overneed’s visitors use smartphones mostly and inevitably encounter a poor user experience that adversely affects sales. We needed to transform a standard Magento store into a progressive web app (PWA). This solution gave two huge benefits: a flawless UI/UX across devices and a 30-40% website speed-up even before performance optimization.
