Upload files in profile - Workable HR

Employees in every company have a host of documents and files related to their employment that they need to store, manage and maintain. These files need to be accessible to the employee and members of the HR team, but also to have strict confidentiality so that employees can be confident in storing sensitive information.

This led us, here in Workable, to create the Files section of the employee profile, a personal storage space that promotes ease-of-access, file-flexibility and confidentiality for the employee. These values came from extensive user research to understand the types of people who needed access to which files, data analysis to understand the most common document formats.
