Esastho is a health-related startup, Me and my co-founder find that the idea is challenging and its solving a particular problem for the health industry in Bangladesh if our test market penetration is successful we can help and earn the trust of the complete test market. And it will be the model health service that can be helpful all over the globe. We are working with our MVP and complete it as soon as we can. Our initial market target is around 2% of the total offline Health market in three to five years.

Why Esastho needed in the Bangladeshi Market?

1. For 1 doctor 1847 people so it's not an easy task for a doctor.

2. There is no proper referral system to identify suitable doctors.

3. Doctor and Patient relations are not up to mark.

4. After doctor consultation, getting properly prescribed medicine, pathology test, and hospital booking is challenging and time consuming for patients.

5. People are not aware of their health condition or treatment.

Key Learnings and Updates for Telemedicine System Design

For a product designer, the focus should be on user-centric solutions that build trust and enhance doctor-patient relationships. Efficiency in consultation and emergency response is vital, along with a seamless integration of both online and offline services. Ensuring a smooth experience across the entire healthcare ecosystem—pharmacy, pathology, hospital, and ambulance services—is crucial. Security and privacy, especially in healthcare, must be top priorities.
