Targeted in-app feature feedback UI

Following the launch of Searchies, we wanted a way to catch people in the moment and provide a way for quick feedback. This form (we went with concept C) resides at the bottom of the Searchies panel, a natural location that gives our customers chance to tell us what we missed.

And people actually use it. We've received great ideas every single day since we shipped the form.
