Custom Fields for Asana

Excited to share some of the product work I've been working on at Asana!

Last week, we shipped custom fields. Until now, teams had to rely on task names, descriptions, due dates and sections to track their work. Custom fields allow teams to expand upon our existing task-based model by adding their own fields to track what's most important to the team. This custom data can be shown in task lists, shared across projects, and used in Advanced Search to craft powerful custom queries and reports.
