East Greenbush Geofilter

Made a new snap filter for my hometown over this winter break. I submitted it to snapchat 6 times and still can't get it accepted though!! So frustrating. Was fun practice anyway.

Took some inspiration from the letterforms of Bookman Swash, which I did a zine on for my typography class last semester.

I'm also still not 100% on how I feel about the extended stroke on the G. It's gotten mixed reviews. I think it helps fill in some whitespace and merge the two words together but others have said they don't feel it's necessary. Any thoughts on that are appreciated!
