Ballin On A Budget Onboarding Screens

I've had an idea for this app for a couple of years now. It would be an app that gets populated by the users with info for local restaurants. Weekly or daily specials, hours of operation, delivery or carry-out, etc etc. Imagine knowing which places did Taco Tuesdays ahead of time. I'd love to make this come true, if only I could find a willing coder. Hint, hint.
