First step towards removing our users cognitive load? Develop design principles that relate to the university as a whole as well as our vision for product strategy/design.

The product team OU is learning to love and live by these principles. Critiques (designers and product owners) are now streamlined with less ambiguity, egos have been removed, and design iterations are being tested earlier.
