Some UI tweaks for IconJar

After continuously adding new features to IconJar I felt like doing some UI tweaks here and there. Part of that are icons that slowly move away from the default ones in macOS which gives them some character while keeping the native look.

Another thing we're experimenting with is a new selected state which has yet to be tested so I can't promise that it will make it into production.

Note: the three bullets are only shown on hover to indicate the contextual menu that we have.
