Dribbble Client - Messages for Mac OS

Hey guys,

For years i've been wondering why isn't there any service that provides you with the "conditions", mostly the one with the budget aspect, and make it a must to be filled!?

Can you imagine how much time would all of us save? Not just us - designers, but the clients as well. How many times did you spent with a long "talk about the project", and then finished at "sorry, but the budget is too low"?

I dream about this option... What do you think guys? Very curious on your opinions.
