Base – 2018 Predictions

For this cover, I referenced my shot from around a year ago for their 2017 predictions, but leverage the way I've evolved their brand and illustration style over the past year. With this series, I tend to abstract different elements the book talks about so that there's still a narrative tie to the content.

I also laid out the interior of the book and the various spot illustrations inside– you'll need to check out the full book to see those! I liked working through a quieter more minimal approach to their system and I think the quietness around the numerals helps balance the disparate elements that make them up.
