Happy to have contributed to TWG's first Equity, Diversity and Inclusion report.

Today TWG internally published the purpose of highlighting their accountability structure, systematic changes, and ways they are using data to objectively track progress in creating a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive company.

It is projects like this that give me such pride in knowing what valuable contributions we can make as designers.
