Hometown Sticker

So in the Dribbble Weekly Warmup, they asked to celebrate hometown with a bi-color sticker. Gujrat is my hometown but I definitely have no idea why Gujratis are referred as 'Jutti Chors' (Shoe Thiefs)??. Anyways, I am celebrating it ??
