Biography
Kia Ora. Since 2003, I have worked as a User Experience Designer. I have consulted with government and private sector clients in New Zealand and the world.
My skills include:
- human-centred design using a Lean UX process
- working with end-users to define their needs and pain points
- facilitating end-user and stakeholder workshops
- facilitated true co-design workshops (included user/customer participants)
- carrying out user research in the form of contextual interviews
- storyboarding to user flows
- rapid prototyping ranging from paper to HTML
- running usability testing with end-users
- visual design and art direction
- collaborating with developers and testers to ensure standards are met
