About the Role:
As a UI/UX Designer Contractor at Marveri, you will play a crucial role in designing the user experience and interface of our platform. You will be:
Collaborating closely with founders, engineers, and legal professionals to design intuitive and impactful user interfaces for our platform.
Leading the design of both platform and marketing assets, ensuring a cohesive branding and user experience.
Ensuring a seamless handover of design assets and a clear understanding of the intended user experience to the engineering team.
Helping establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Evaluating the usage of the platform using qualitative and quantitative metrics and leading ways to improve it.
Doing a wide range of random design tasks that may come up from time to time
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design work in B2B SaaS applications.
At least three years of professional work experience in UI/UX design.
Available to work for at least 10-20 hours per week.
Proficiency in design tools, including Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and an understanding of web development technologies and evaluation systems.
Experience in User Research and design thinking methodologies.
Experience working collaboratively in a team environment with other designers and engineers.
(Bonus) Background in designing content management tools or related platforms.
(Bonus) Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
Location
Boston area is preferred, but we are open to hybrid or remote arrangements within the United States.
