Due to the expansion of our website’s functionality, we are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior UI/UX Web Designer with a strong background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).?

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing web applications and optimizing user funnels to drive revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of business results, marketing strategies, and the ability to translate these into effective web designs. We are looking for someone who is not just a creative designer but a strategic thinker who can work closely with CRO and is experienced in A/B testing.

We work in the European and North American markets, so proficiency in English is necessary.

Skills required:?

— At least 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer — Good knowledge of typography, excellent sense of color, understanding of composition — Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio — Attention to detail and pixel perfect design — Up-to-date with the latest UI trends — Familiarity with design requirements for both web and apps

— Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch), front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and familiarity with web development frameworks

— Strong understanding of business metrics, marketing approaches, and how design can influence business results

— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, curiosity — Ability to produce high-quality results in the rapid and efficient manner — Intermediate / Upper-intermediate English

Nice to have:?

— Demonstrated ability to design with a focus on driving business revenue, the conversion rate or other product metrics

— Experience in designing complex web applications with a focus on user experience and functionality. — Experience in data-driven teams and cooperation with data analysts to ask for data you need to make UX decisions and to interpret data from A/B tests and analytics tools?

— Hands-on experience working with or within CRO agencies, with a proven track record of successful A/B testing and optimization projects.

Responsibilities:?

— Focus on designing and refining user funnels to maximize conversion rates and drive revenue growth

— Work closely with Product Manager and Marketing Manager to implement and analyze A/B tests, ensuring data-driven decisions that improve user engagement and conversion

— Understand and apply business results and marketing strategies in your design process to ensure that all web designs contribute to the company's revenue goals
